The philosophy of the practice is based on an awareness of the connection between the physical and energetic bodies for complete balance and harmony within. By listening to our body and allowing for this connection, we attain the realization of abundance in all forms of reality. Our time spent on the mat becomes a lesson for life.

Prana Shakti Flow Yoga

Prana Shakti flow yoga is a form of vinyasa flow with the intention of balancing the Yin and Yang energies within us through the practice of asana, meditation, pranayama, and kriyas. Through these practices and an opportunity to express yourself freely, we realize the connection between the physical body, the energetic body, and the spiritual body. This realization leads to the feeling of oneness. The physical practice is built on detailed alignment while allowing for personal expression of the pose. The four basic elements of physical fitness are present: cardiovascualr endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. By combining these elements, the balance of the Yin and Yang energy are present in every class.
